Job Title: Home Support Manager

Greensleeves Care is seeking an experienced Registered Home Support Manager to join our dedicated care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide practical and direct support to our home managers and care homes, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.

This role requires someone with flexibility, willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekend shifts. You will be responsible for supporting our home managers in their absence, maintaining regional contact with care homes, and conducting routine visits to ensure a stimulated and caring environment is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting home managers in their absence
  • Maintaining regional contact with care homes
  • Conducting routine visits to ensure a stimulated and caring environment
  • Overseeing the effective delivery of the medicine administration process
  • Ensuring staff members attend mandatory and required training courses
  • Supporting home managers to plan and facilitate regular staff meetings
  • Providing support and assistance to staff members

Requirements:

  • RN 1 or 2 with current NMC PIN
  • NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working with a large multi-site care provider
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
  • Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework
  • Full driving license essential
