Job Title: RGN Home Support Manager

Greensleeves Care is seeking an experienced Registered Home Support Manager (Peripatetic) to join our dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical and direct support to home managers and homes to ensure high-quality care.
  • Travel and work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekends.
  • Support home managers in their absence and maintain regional contact for each care home.
  • Conduct routine Head Office visits across care homes as directed by Divisional Directors.
  • Oversee and ensure effective delivery of medicine administration processes.
  • Ensure staff attendance at mandatory and required training courses.
  • Support home managers to plan and facilitate regular staff meetings.
  • Provide support and assistance to staff members and delegate duties as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • RN 1 or 2 with current NMC PIN.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with a large multi-site care provider in a high-level management capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and regulatory frameworks underpinning practice in relation to care of older people.
  • Full driving license essential.
