Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Account Executives in managing client accounts, including renewals and seeking terms.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries and providing comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Manage your own diary system, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding documentation, premium payments, and continuation cover.
- Thoroughly review client documentation before dispatch, raising queries and completing amendments as necessary.
- Proven experience in insurance gained in a broking environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation.
- Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and in challenging environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines.
