Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Director to join our dynamic team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.
Key Responsibilities- Control the renewal process for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, utilizing exceptional communication skills to gather information and drive business growth.
- Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them if appropriate.
- Collaborate with brokers to secure competitive terms that meet client objectives, while openly discussing renewal terms and seeking alternatives.
- Visit clients as necessary, leveraging interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving them efficiently and raising concerns with the relevant team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, continually building your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold or be working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/Cert CII. You will also require a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, as well as a solid understanding of the client market and insurance industry network.
