Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Director to join our dynamic team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.
Key Responsibilities- Control the renewal process for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, utilizing exceptional communication skills to gather information and drive business growth.
- Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and pursuing new business leads, leveraging your expertise to secure competitive terms and meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with brokers to access the most competitive terms, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
- Visit clients as necessary, utilizing your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving them efficiently and escalating concerns to the relevant team.
- Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them if appropriate.
You will have a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, with a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII) or equivalent. You will also have a solid understanding of the client market and insurance industry network, including the London Market and Lloyds.
