About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a Private Clients Insurance Adviser, you will play a central role in our region, working closely with our team to provide expert advice to clients on their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice to clients on their insurance requirements, ensuring the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets.
- Support clients in all aspects of the sales process, in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with our marketing strategy to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Assist Account Executives in achieving renewal retention, growth, and new business targets.
- Deal with nominated new business enquiries in a proactive manner.
- Administer client insurance requirements on a daily basis.
- Review the demands and needs of potential customers and advise on the most appropriate insurances to meet their demands and needs.
- Produce high-quality broking submission reports and negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Liaise with insurers and other third parties to ensure effective business relationships and meet client needs.
- Provide technical support to colleagues as required.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve overall company objectives.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and requirements.
- Comply with company procedures and policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry, insurer, and product developments, and communicate this information to the team and management committee.
- Comply with the requirements of our Training and Competence scheme.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering Motor and/or Household risks.
- Insurance experience of handling new enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Good knowledge of the Personal Lines Market place.
- Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
- Ability to take responsibility for own performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
