As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the home meets CQC requirements, leading the staff team, and promoting the charity's philosophy and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the staff team to deliver excellence in care and develop their skills
  • Ensure the home meets CQC requirements and complies with all legal requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the charity's philosophy and values
  • Provide regular reports and updates on quality monitoring to the board
Requirements:
  • Registered Home Manager with experience of elderly care and excellent knowledge of CQC standards
  • QCF5/NVQ 4 in health and social care
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to partake in the on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks)
  • Commutable to Southport
