About the Role

At Apple, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence. As a Commercial Finance Expert - EMEIA Retail, you'll play a critical role in driving our retail business forward, leveraging your analytical skills and financial expertise to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Insight and Analysis: Develop and maintain in-depth financial models to inform business decisions, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  2. Geo Expansion Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive retail expansion, including business case development, financial project management, and UAT testing.
  3. Program and Promotion Evaluation: Lead the evaluation of various retail programs and promotions, providing data-driven analysis to support critical business decisions.
  4. Reporting and Presentations: Develop and deliver concise, effective reports and presentations to senior leadership, Field teams, and Retail stakeholders.
  5. Process Improvement: Design and implement tools and processes to generate actionable insights for business partners across the Retail Leadership and Field teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Consistent record of completing challenging projects, leading multiple priorities, and designing ad-hoc analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate results to non-finance business leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for automating and improving processes, with a drive to adopt the latest technology tools.
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills, with a desire to learn and grow with a hardworking, collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to distill complex decisions into simple yet comprehensive financial models.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau and DataKit preferred.
