The Role:As a Food and Beverage Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting, leading, and motivating your team to meet sales, profit, and compliance targets. Your daily tasks will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
- Serving food and drinks to the correct specification and maintaining high standards of quality
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and legal workplace, adhering to our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
