Project Cost Control Specialist

At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a skilled Project Cost Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate and timely project cost control data structures
- Establish and set project control budgets aligned with agreed baselines
- Track and control project accruals and commitments against set budget constraints
- Build project forecasts to include estimated work to complete (ETC) and estimate at complete (EAC)
- Report project information, including Earned Value Management metrics
- Track project contingency and exposure associated with risk events and remaining risks
- Monitor project change control to ensure alignment with agreed baselines and control data structures
- Qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with five to ten years of experience in project controls services
- Delivered cost engineering across major projects, preferably across multiple sectors and internationally
- Experience working with cost engineering procedures and processes, and ability to define project cost procedures and standards
- Highly conversant with cost management systems, such as Prism and Ecosys, and interface with corporate finance systems
