Role Overview

In the role of Global Asset Care Strategy Manager, you will take charge of the development and execution of asset care strategies within our manufacturing facilities. Your main objective will be to enhance asset performance, reliability, and durability through cutting-edge maintenance methodologies and technologies. You will spearhead the implementation of global strategies for autonomous and preventive maintenance while facilitating asset care optimization initiatives aimed at boosting machine availability and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of asset care deployment strategies that align with corporate objectives and industry-leading practices
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure uniform application of asset care strategies globally
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the success of asset care initiatives
  • Identify and incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies into current systems
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the asset care division
  • Proactively identify and address risks associated with asset reliability and performance

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in formulating and executing global maintenance strategies in a large-scale manufacturing context
  • Demonstrated capability in managing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of preventive, autonomous, and predictive maintenance methodologies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
