Job Title: Global Asset Care Strategy Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Asset Care Strategy Development Manager to join our team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in guiding the creation, development, and execution of asset care strategies across our global factories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to formulate asset care deployment strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of asset care initiatives and monitor performance against targets.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for asset care, driving their integration into existing systems and processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the asset care team, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks related to asset reliability and performance through effective maintenance planning and risk assessment.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and resources to enhance the skills and capabilities of asset care personnel globally.

Requirements

  • Experience in Manufacturing, with a general understanding of technical topics.
  • Extensive experience in Lean, preferably combined with change management experience in large, decentralized, international organizations.
  • Proficiency in culture change and organizational development, with the ability to utilize various influencing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with proficiency in business English.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to inspire colleagues in Lean Thinking.
