  • Delivery and Cost Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Security and Resilience
    • Develop and implement security protocols to protect our Critical Control Network (CCN) and systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Projects and Initiatives
    • Participate in projects to launch new products, install and start-up new production equipment, and implement plant-wide optimization projects.
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably in maintenance or engineering.
  • Proven ability to teach, coach, mentor, and develop others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and automation systems.
