We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Post Recruitment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing email and telephonic/Skype communication as necessary.
- Verify stock availability within our supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Schedule outgoing mail/package collections and prepare customs forms for international orders.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols, ensuring sensitive documents are disposed of properly.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism, seeking resolutions that benefit both the customer and the business.
- Update customers on new pricing as directed by the Financial Controller.
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate new product information to customers as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Manage the Order Database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Process embroidery pricing and requests, offering product suggestions to customers as needed.
- Coordinate sample requests and prepare/pack/deliver/retrieve goods for trade shows and presentations under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Research price comparisons of non-inventory UK suppliers to ensure competitive rates.
- Manage orders of stationery and general office items, as well as stock in the Stockroom and inventory in the Warehouse.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems.
