Job Title: National Account Manager - Agriculture Asset Finance


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our Agriculture division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agricultural leasing sector and a proven track record of developing and managing national accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the agriculture channel through key dealer/manufacturer relationships on a national basis.
  • Deliver business results by generating, developing, and driving new business opportunities while managing existing relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of manufacturer and dealer management experience, utilizing point-of-sale tools and direct initiatives to generate retail business in line with targeted objectives.
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers, prioritizing work and demonstrating empathy and understanding while maintaining a clear focus on objectives.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of stocking product and systems desirable.
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of different finance products (HP, Loan, Lease).
  • Knowledge of different asset types.
  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver high-quality service.
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • IT skills to include Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ability to learn new IT products.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work autonomously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the Agricultural Asset Finance sector or working with an agricultural manufacturer or dealer group.
