As a Regional Strategy and Agenda Manager at Ball Aerospace, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and commercial strategy development in the EMEA region. You will conceptualize and implement effective data solutions that enhance business outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights to influence key strategic business decisions.

  1. Lead Cross-Functional Stakeholder Relationships

Leverage strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and consensus on key strategic initiatives, including commercial growth opportunities.

Implement Strategic Plan Process

Participate in implementing the region's strategic plan process and generating content for strategic business plans, including supporting the business case process for innovation, investment, prioritization, etc.

Develop Risk Strategy

Lead the risk strategy in collaboration with other key stakeholder functions and lead/facilitate critical prioritized projects.

Integrate Regional Business Strategies

Act as integrator of regional business & commercial strategies and key account strategies.

Develop Business Reporting Materials

Lead development of internal presentation materials for recurring and ad-hoc business reporting that tell strategic stories grounded in data, facts, including KPIs.

Visualize Data Insights

Generate presentations, reports and dashboards that visually displays data in a way that makes insights from complex data understandable and usable for the audience.

Develop Consistent Data Processes

Lead the development and implementation of consistent and repeatable data processes.

Requirements:

  1. Strategic Development Experience

Experience in strategic development for growth around commercial opportunities and prioritization, within manufacturing environment.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functionally without authority, building consensus and developing constructive relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Executive Communication Skills

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Business Acumen

Business and financial acumen.

Data Storytelling

Proven experience distilling complex ideas and data into compelling strategic storylines.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ideally along with knowledge of data visualization tools.

Language Proficiency

Fluent written and spoken English.
