About the Role

The RNLI is seeking a skilled IT Service Support Analyst to join our End User Computing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering IT systems and resolving issues for our staff and volunteers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and manage SharePoint databases to record assets
  • Coordinate the return of equipment from leavers and chase down information as needed
  • Support the End User Computing Services Manager with process and procedure development
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the knowledge base and generate reports as required
  • Support the Service Desk Manager with weekly reporting and analysis of data, as well as ticket triage
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure excellent service, including mobile telecom services, IT hardware, and software
  • Generate reports, support line projects, and update communication channels as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with ticketing/issue logging tools and financial processes and systems
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lead tasks and undertake training as required
