About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register applicants and match buyers to properties, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Arrange and attend viewings, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Supervise an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective buyers and a robust follow-up process is in place.
  • Achieve pre-agreed targets, working closely with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding marketing feedback, viewings, and hot prospects, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and sales, working closely with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.

  • Ensure all sales fall in line with the latest housing legislation, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain office systems and software, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Efficiently manage the diary, ensuring all appointments and viewings are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  • Correctly record all messages, viewings, and appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Produce activity reports as required, providing regular updates and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Bring complaints to the attention of your Line Manager immediately, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all parties involved.
  • Ensure that you are fully aware of and comply with all regulations for General Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your Line Manager, ensuring ongoing development and training.
  • Inform your Line Manager of ideas which may improve performance and efficiency, ensuring a collaborative and innovative approach to sales and revenue growth.
Main Objectives
  • To achieve goals and targets pre-agreed with your Line Manager, operating to the standards required by the company.
  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in dealing with the public, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all parties involved.

  • To operate within the confines of the latest housing legislation, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies, ensuring a high level of quality and compliance.
Requirements
  • Full driving license
  • 2+ years of experience (ideally but not essential)
  • Local market knowledge
  • Great communicator
  • Strong IT skills
