Our Supported Living relief pool is expanding, creating openings for relief positions. The beauty of these contracts lies in their flexibility; you dictate your availability, and we strive to align shifts accordingly.
Shift Schedules
We offer comprehensive support around the clock, 24/7, which means our shift schedules include early mornings, daytime, evening, weekend, public holiday shifts, as well as sleepovers and/or waking nights.
The Position
As a relief team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of care and support during staff training, holidays, and absences.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in various aspects of their daily lives, including shopping, financial management, cooking, household chores, and personal care.
Additionally, you may engage in various activities that the individuals we support enjoy, such as arts and crafts, gardening, attending movies, dining out, swimming, dancing, and taking walks, among others.
About You
No prior experience is necessary to join our team; we prioritize values and transferable skills. We will compensate you for your training and equip you with all the practical skills required. We also offer funding for your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and SSSC registration.
