Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to commercial buildings within our high-end client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a multi-skilled engineer across all disciplines, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning.
  • Provide Preventive Maintenance (PPMs), service, and call-out support across all building services duties.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building services engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £38-40K.
  • Yearly bonus.
  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
