Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team in London and the Home Counties. As a Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, breakdown, and repairs to all mechanical plant, including plant room maintenance works, emergency light testing, fan coils, filters, pumps, motors, and general plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive work across FM
  • Service, maintenance, breakdown, and repairs to all mechanical plant
  • Plant room maintenance works, emergency light testing, fan coils, filters, pumps, motors, and general plumbing

Requirements:

  • Experience in mobile building services engineering
  • Knowledge of mechanical plant and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
