About the Role:

Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, breakdown, and repairs to all mechanical plant across a portfolio of clients in London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plant room maintenance works
  • Emergency light testing, fan coils, filters, pumps, motors, and general plumbing
  • Perform PPMs (Predictive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across FM
