Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team at Redd Brick Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial builds from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the construction site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the site team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards.
  • Enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
