Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a £5 million Cut and Carve project in Lichfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing sites with up to 50/60 subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including traffic management and enabling works
  4. Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
  5. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budget adherence

Requirements:

  1. SMSTS certification
  2. CSCS Black / White / Gold
  3. 1st Aid certification
  4. PASMA and IPAF certifications
  5. Asbestos Awareness training
  6. Proven experience in senior site management or project management

Salary: £55,000. Freelance SSM or temp to perm options will be considered.
