Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Colorectal Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialty Doctor to join our General Surgery department, specializing in Colorectal Surgery. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in new patient and follow-up outpatient clinics, working closely with specialist training registrars and other medical staff.
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior medical staff and other colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with professional colleagues and local managers to ensure the efficient running of the Colorectal Service.
  • Participate in a 1 in 12 on-call rota, providing emergency and on-call support to the team.
