We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at James Hall & Co. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our SPAR stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, customer service, and product quality
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory shrinkage
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
