Job Overview

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle from initial contact to agreement closure, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract management.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, aligning client objectives with our creative and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape relevant to Gen Z and student-based advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the advertising industry, with a track record of securing and managing high-profile clients.
  • Industry knowledge of Gen Z and student-based markets, with the ability to connect brands to these audiences effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
