Design and Build Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Design and Build Coordinator to join our Construction division in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction design and a broad understanding of all design disciplines.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in reviewing and interrogating design information
- Knowledge of current building legislation
- Ability to plan and monitor design progress against construction programme
- Ability to implement value engineering suggestions
- Autocad/Revit training
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work in multiple project teams
Additional desirable skills include experience working in BREEAM projects, Passivhaus/AECB experience, and the ability to review BRUKL assessments. Site management or other site-based training would be an advantage.
