Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our team as a Family Health Practitioner in our Out Of Hours (OOH) services. As a clinician in a multi-skilled team, you will work autonomously within your sphere of competency to provide high-quality care to patients.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and children, managing acute and chronic presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including ANP's / ACP's, UCP's, and Mental Health nurses.
  • Contribute to the development of our Integrated Urgent Care model, reducing pressures on services and staff.
