About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Interaction Recruitment Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living and domestic duties, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of clients are always protected.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, such as support plans, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client, promoting a culture of dignity and respect.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service users, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behavior, or mental health needs.
  • The ability to remain patient and calm under pressure, adapting to new environments with ease.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness, with access to your own transport desirable but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, with the right to work.
