Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner

As a keyworker, you will ensure that the unique needs of each child are met, including providing support for parents with any special educational needs or additional support needs. Take responsibility for the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring developmentally appropriate next steps are provided. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's growth and achievements. Most importantly, ensure that the experience is filled with FUN.

*To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience working with children, ideally in roles such as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.*
