About the Role

HSB | UK and Ireland is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our Board, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent judgment and constructive challenge to our executive team

Requirements

  • Experience as a Non-Executive Director in a complex corporate structure

  • Ability to make independent balanced analytical assessments
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
