We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to join our Early Development service line based in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing science and technical skills programs to address the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for science and technical skills training and education programs.
  • Collaborate with leaders, functional SMEs, and external providers to identify gaps in scientific and technical knowledge and develop programs to address these gaps.
  • Design and deliver educational programs and strategies to create pipelines of individuals with scientific and technical knowledge skills.
  • Partner with Global Government Affairs, industry associations, and government agencies to ensure Labcorp is at the forefront of science and technical skills development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, Human Resources Management, or relevant learning and development qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in relevant skill-based training roles.
  • Proven track record in relationship building and transparency across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK science and technical skills development arena, education, and funding systems.
