Job Overview

As a key member of the Ecommerce Team reporting to the DTC Business Manager, you will play a vital role in our broader Sales function, collaborating closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives and strategic plans that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the DTC Business Manager to formulate a sustainable and profitable growth strategy for the Marketplace at JDE.
  • Partner with the Tassimo & L'OR teams to pinpoint strategic focus areas, gather insights, and optimize performance.
  • Maintain direct communication with DtC / Global contacts to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Gather and develop necessary assets across DtC to ensure our online shops accurately reflect our brand identity.
  • Create and manage KPI dashboards, assess promotional effectiveness, analyze competitor performance, and support the DtC Lead.
  • Evaluate significant shifts in the customer landscape, particularly regarding performance marketing and user behavior on-site.
  • Implement the activation plan focusing on consumer engagement, traffic generation, conversion rates, sales performance, and secondary metrics such as brewer registration and voucher redemption.
  • Establish standards for delivering an optimal Customer Journey and maintaining a perfect brand hub.
  • Coordinate, measure, and develop action plans for the Customer Journey.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong passion for ecommerce, online platforms, and digital marketing.
  • Proactive in seeking growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage robust internal and external networks.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Financially savvy, with the ability to interpret and create Profit & Loss statements.
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for internal and external meetings as necessary.
