Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining precise records and systems to ensure building compliance
- Evaluating data on property conditions to facilitate informed decision-making
- Collaborating with contractors to obtain quotes and oversee project completion
- Ensuring prompt processing of orders and payments
- Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of buildings and surrounding areas
- Working alongside the site team to uphold the overall aesthetic of the property
- Implementing enhancements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Addressing concerns related to safety, repairs, and maintenance
- Coordinating seasonal work programs and site preparations
- Executing repair and maintenance duties
- Supporting team initiatives and promotional activities
- Providing assistance at other locations as required
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in health and safety, building safety, and maintenance operations
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service focus coupled with excellent administrative capabilities
- Proficient in IT skills and adept at collaborating with contractors
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving license for travel purposes
- Experience within the Accommodation or Housing Sector
- Certification in Joinery, plumbing, or construction-related fields
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Knowledge of building regulations and legislation
