Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding client service through phone and email to designated national accounts and independent clients.
- Process client orders and requests received through various channels.
- Maintain accurate administration for your assigned accounts, ensuring detailed and precise records of client interactions.
- Responsible for the accurate logging of all communications, orders, and inquiries using SAP.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance client service processes, liaising closely with the Accounts Department.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.
- Demonstrated experience in a client service capacity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
