Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through various sales activities, including sales visits, appointments, presentations, networking, mail shot activities, and telephone sales.
- Work with the Account Manager to formulate account plans for designated clients.
- Maintain marketplace knowledge to identify and follow up on new business leads.
- Achieve business requirements and sales targets in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Accountable for dealing with speculative calls, aftercare, and client service calls.
- Maintain commercial awareness of business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a target-driven commercial environment.
- Experience in business relationship management, customer service, and sales.
- Networking skills and highly developed client communication.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Must have a full driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
