Job Title: Patient Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Service Lead to join our team at a central based Doctors Surgery in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient escalations, provide reassurance, and resolve difficulties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide reception cover and serve as a point of contact for patients, signposting them to appropriate care.
  • Plan and coordinate rotas and holidays to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure resources are available to support the team and maintain a high level of service delivery.
  • Lead a team with confidence and care, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Introduce and develop new systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to Company procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage a team with care and confidence.
  • Previous experience within a medical practice is not essential, but a strong understanding of healthcare operations is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
