Experienced Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinary nurse to join our team at Cinque Ports Vets. As a night nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our referral patients, particularly those undergoing orthopaedic, soft tissue, or neurosurgery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care are met at all times.
- Work closely with the veterinary surgeon and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in the admission and discharge process, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Administer treatment and medications as directed, adhering to professional guidelines and practice policies.
- Provide support and assistance to the Clinical Nursing Manager and Practice Manager as required.
- Contribute to the training and development of veterinary nurses and animal care/kennel assistants.
- Registered veterinary nurse with a passion for inpatient care and ward nursing.
- Experience in orthopaedic, soft tissue, or neurosurgery is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
