Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in a dynamic and inclusive setting.

**About the Role**

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to provide personalized support to students with complex needs. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, developing relationships with students, and contributing to a creative and engaging learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support students with PMLD in a variety of settings, including classrooms and therapy rooms
  • Assist with personal care, including feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and policies
