Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our client's expanding Telecommunications Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Process customer mobile device orders and perform diagnostic checks to resolve any technical issues
  • Purchase stock as needed to meet customer demands
  • Generate customer-specific reports using Excel to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Process mobile network bills and collaborate with colleagues to resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Offer quotes to corporate customers for mobile upgrades, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Ensure accurate data entry into our client's in-house database, maintaining the highest level of data integrity
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional results
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of data integrity
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undergo on-the-job training, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data
  • Valid UK Driving Licence, with the ability to travel to client sites as required
