Key Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Develop and maintain holdings and transaction databases for robust data analysis, processing, and reporting.
  • Reporting: Produce reports and statements for effective client communication.
  • Interface: Act as a liaison between operations, investor relations, and investment management teams.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure timely, accurate, and structured data for investor reporting.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with investor relations on client communications.
  • System Improvement: Implement and refine data management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Support Teams: Assist Investment Management and Investor Relations with performance and pipeline analysis.
  • Database Integrity: Ensure all databases are complete and accurate.
  • Compliance: Deliver services according to compliance standards.

Operations Development

  • Develop and maintain data management systems to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all databases.
  • Implement data visualization tools to enhance reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
