Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our Well Pharmacy team in East Oxford. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and services, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of qualified and trainee pharmacy assistants to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • MPharm degree or equivalent.
