We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our team at Investigo. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Agile projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project continuity and success
  • Work closely with the discovery team to identify opportunities for project advancement and stakeholder expectation management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile delivery management, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, service redesign, and business process re-engineering
