Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field-based demand generation campaigns to build awareness, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate opportunities to achieve Annual Contract Value (ACV).

This role reports to the Head of UKI Adaptive Planning Marketing and is critical to supporting the growth targets for a key market/customer segment in the UK & Ireland. You will champion a data-driven approach and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns in the UK&I.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data insights to inform decision-making and execute high-quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing events, digital, outbound sales, and social media.
  • Deliver marketing initiatives within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing activities against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) to maximize impact, engagement, and future planning.
  • Collaborate with the partner and channel ecosystem to create co-marketing programs.
  • Work closely with UK&I sales leaders and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, as well as EMEA and Global Marketing teams, to integrate and execute high-performing marketing programs.
  • Communicate marketing activity to the sales team.
  • Proactively bring new ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Field Marketing.
  • A self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore.
  • Preferred experience in B2B marketing.
  • A solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and events.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment.
