Our organization, well-recognized in the property sector, is focused on delivering approximately 200 residential units annually and is in search of a seasoned professional to identify and secure land opportunities across key regions.
In this role, you will have the freedom to influence growth and development within the business unit, playing a crucial part in sourcing land for acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure off-market land opportunities in specified regions
- Manage correspondence and perform manual searches using property technology systems
- Engage in negotiations with landowners and real estate agents
- Coordinate with legal, planning, and design consultants
- Remain informed about local planning policies in targeted areas
- Degree in a property-related discipline is preferred
- Demonstrated success with 3-4 land transactions per year
- Experience in a Land Manager role or readiness to advance
- Comprehensive knowledge of the planning application process
- Established network within the land agency sector
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working autonomously
