The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and acquiring suitable sites for a large housebuilder based in Kent. The role involves working closely with the planning team to identify and secure sites that meet the company's criteria. The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts and be able to negotiate deals to bring land to the business. The patch for this role covers Kent, East Sussex, and South East London boroughs. The company is looking for a Land Manager or Land Buyer with a residential developer background, who is ready to take on larger projects and has the budget and appetite to support buying them. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with existing and new contacts to achieve business objectives.
