About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Land Buyer to join our Land team in the South East region, based in Byfleet. As an Apprentice Land Buyer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring suitable land opportunities for our developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential land sites for acquisition
  • Collaborate with the Land Buyers and Manager to explore the viability of sites
  • Assist with site appraisals and valuations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the land acquisition process
