We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Land team as an Apprentice Land Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in land acquisition and development, working closely with our experienced Land Buyers and Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research on potential land opportunities, identifying suitable sites for development.
- Collaborate with the Land Buyers and Manager to visit target towns, meet with landowners and agents, and explore the viability of sites.
- Assist with site appraisals and valuations, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the land acquisition process, from initial identification to contract exchange and legal completion.
- A comprehensive understanding of the land acquisition process and the skills to succeed in this field.
- Hands-on experience working with our experienced Land Buyers and Manager.
- The opportunity to develop strong relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders in the industry.
