Brain Injury Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Brain Injury Support Specialist to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and care to a young adult with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering High-Quality Care: Provide tailored care and support to our client, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support.
- Travel Support: Accompany our client to college and hydrotherapy sessions, ensuring a smooth and safe transportation experience.
- Medication Management: Administer medication and monitor our client's health conditions, maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
